All international packages are shipped USPS Global Express, USPS Global Priority Mail, UPS, or DHL. That way we will have a tracking number for all international Packages.
International orders shipped outside of the United States require an additional shipping and handling fee and may require an alternate form of payment.
Once your international order is placed you will receive a shipping quote via e-mail within 48 business hours. You may also be asked to provide an alternate method of payment if the billing address is not verifiable. You must reply to the international shipping quote via e-mail to accept or decline the additional freight charges. Your international order will not be processed until the additional freight charges are accepted. Once the additional shipping charges are accepted via e-mail your order will be processed.
Some countries require you the customer to pay taxes and duty charges once your package arrives. We are not required to collect these charges.
