Returns and exchanges are accepted with in 30 days. The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork, and any other items that came with it. Some items such as software, hooks, lures, baits, and plastic baits cannot be returned once they have been opened. 10% restocking charge on returns 25% restocking charge on Special Ordered items Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and the exact shipping charges we paid to ship this item out to our customers (this is waived if there was damage in shipping). Send back to us by UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or USPS Parcel Post Mail. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value, and keep the tracking information for your records.
